• Proven experience as a Senior Estimator in the construction industry - 8+ Years of Experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Excellent Communication skills when engaging with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Familiarity with various construction project types, especially Industrial.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
