The Niche SSP poll findings make it clear that the worth of a construction estimator's salary is one of the most compelling factors behind his/her decision to leave or join a company.
That’s why it’s quite possible for a company in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to lose its commercial estimator to a company in its neighboring state, Chicago, Illinois—where a commercial estimator’s salary is way higher. The Niche SSP’s survey on preconstruction estimator's preferences shows once an employee gets a better offer, he or she is unlikely to accept a counter offer to stay back.
