• 3+ years of relevant experience with a General Contractor is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, or similar.
• Communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally, with a strong focus on audience-appropriate business writing and verbal skills
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and passion for construction and our industry
• Proficient in the relevant technologies, including Microsoft Office Suite, with a high level of proficiency using Excel & On Screen Takeoff (OST)
• Possess a drive for success, and strong problem abilities.
