Our client is a national leader in Commercial & Aviation construction that due to continued growth & a number of newly secured projects is expanding its Operations department with an Aviation specialist.
They are in the market for an experienced Senior Project Manager or Project Executive who has experience leading large-scale Aviation projects & teams through the entire construction process.

• As the Project executive you will take the lead across a complex & large-scale portfolio of Aviation projects through all stages of the construction lifecycle
• Provide oversight, mentorship & training to Project Managers / Superintendents.
• Ensure project budgets are kept in control, provide high-level solutions to complex problems & provide action plans for other team members.
• Coordinate with regional/local leadership & deal directly with clients/owners building & maintaining successful relationships..

• You will need 8+ years lead Operational construction experience
• Experience leading Aviation projects through entire construction process, projects ranging from $100MM-$500MM+
• Construction Management / Civil Engineering Degree or related field
• Excellent communications & negotiation skills
