You will coordinate with the client and present on bid day.

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 3-7+ years Preconstruction experience within a large General Contractor
• BIM, VDC, OST and Timberline Estimating Software experience (preferred)
• Onsite Construction Delivery exposure or knowledge
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
