• Bachelor's Degree (Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is preferred)
• Over 10 years of proven Estimating experience with a strong track record.
• Proficiency in up-to-date Preconstruction & Estimating technologies.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Professional Ethics.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently with a high level of communication.
