Requirements:

• 5 – 7 years estimating experience to include retail, office, interiors
• Technology focused with experience in Microsoft Office, Outlook, On-Screen Take-Off, Timberline, WinEst
• Conceptual estimating experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with owner, developers, design professionals, subcontractors
• Ability to think outside the box
