Requirements:

• 3 - 8 years' estimating experience on commercial projects to include Mixed-Use, Office, Multi-Family, Retail and Senior Living.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Competent in Estimating software (Timberline, WinEst, Planswift, OST) and experience of Microsoft Office programs is required.
• Driven individual with a passion for detail
• Read and understand plans and specifications for large commercial projects up to $75M
