Responsibilities:

• Develop pricing for design build projects
• Establish project schedules
• Perform take-offs
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors
• Presentation of estimates to clients

Required:

• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• 5 years’ experience in Estimating
• On-site experience
• Design and Build Experience preferable
• Proficient in estimating software – MS Project, Procore, Timberline, OST, e4clicks
