• Participation in the preparation of estimates
• Perform quantity take offs
• Develop and maintain subcontractor relationships
• Work with the lead estimator on value engineering options
• Prepare and present on bid day

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• 3 - 8 years of commercial estimating experience
• Versed & comfort with pricing all CSI Divisions
• Excellent IT skills - MS Office, OST, BlueBeam
• Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, interpersonal
• Ability to work as part of a team, or, independently when required
