Conceptual Commercial Estimator position with a National ENR Top 100 General Contractor in Jacksonville, FL | $100,000 Base.Your new company are an innovative leader in commercial, mixed-use, office, and high-rise apartments construction.Your role as Estimator will include:-

• Lead internal estimate review and bid process
• Workwith architects, designers and internal leadership teams.
• Review and understand all project plans, requirements and specifications
• Develop large, multi-disciplinary estimates.
• Determine labor and equipment costs
• Review and understand all bid documents and assess project risks
• Understand project logistics and project schedule
• Prepare bid packages and compare and analyze competitive subcontract and supplier bids

Required for this position:

• 3+ years Estimating Mixed-Use, High Rise, Commercial projects from $30m+
• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• Experience with Estimating Software, OST, Bluebeam.
• BIM or VDC exposure a plus
