They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Preconstruction to lead their Preconstruction efforts and help drive their ambitious growth plans.
Position Overview
As the Director of Preconstruction, you will play a critical role in the strategic planning and execution of our construction projects. You will lead the preconstruction team, overseeing all aspects of preconstruction services, including project estimation, budgeting, and coordination with developers and stakeholders. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that their projects are accurately estimated, competitively priced, and delivered on time and within budget.

Oversee the preparation of detailed cost estimates, budgets, and schedules for a variety of self-storage construction projects.
Collaborate with developers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure accurate and competitive bids.
Conduct thorough reviews of project plans, specifications, and related documents to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, or a related role within the construction industry.
Proven experience in leading and managing preconstruction teams.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards, with a focus on self-storage projects.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
