• Construction Management or Engineering Degree
• Minimum of 10 years of Preconstruction experience within a large General Contractor
• Familiarity with BIM, VDC, OST, and Timberline Estimating Software is a plus
• Onsite Construction Delivery exposure or knowledge
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
