Requirements:

• 2+ Years of experience in "Estimating" within a commercial GC.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is a plus but not essential.
• Good communication - Client & Sub relations.
• Good Personality.
• Detail Oriented.
• Willingness to Learn.
