Requirements
- 2 years + Preconstruction experience within a General Contractor
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field - ie Construction Management/Engineering or equivalent.
- Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products and HCSS Estimating/Engineering Software: HCSS Heavy Bid, AutoCAD, On Screen Takeoff or similar.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
