We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join a fast paced & high functioning preconstruction team in Tampa, Florida. The ideal candidate will have 3-7+ years of estimating experience and be responsible for overseeing the preparation of accurate and timely estimates for various market sectors, including Education, Light Industrial, Commercial, Aviation, and more.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct accurate and timely quantity take-offs for materials, labor, and equipment
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to develop project scope and pricing strategies
- Review and analyze bid documents, including specifications, drawings, and contracts
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for projects of varying size and complexity
- Utilize estimating software to create and maintain project budgets and timelines
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 3-7+ years of estimating experience in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software (e.g. Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
