We are working with an ENR Top 50 GC in Colorado Springs who have a track record of winning large complex projects. They specialize across a number of different sectors including Healthcare, Higher Education, Multifamily, Office Buildings, and more. Our client are looking for Junior candidates who are passionate about Estimating and Preconstruction and have a great work ethic.

Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in estimating commercial construction projects
- Bachelor's degree in construction management-related field, or equivalent education and experience
- Willingness to learn and grow within the Preconstruction team
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication skills
