Our client is a highly sought-after General Contractor, seeking an MEP Estimator to join their ever-growing team in Dallas, TX. This client typically works on a wide range of projects that would include, Commercial, Education, Retail, Healthcare, and many more!
On Offer
- Work on Dallas's largest projects with this extremely reputable firm (ENR Top 50).
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of all of the latest construction materials, pricing, and trends.
- Communicate directly with the Senior Leadership team.
- Work on a number of exciting projects ranging over $100MM+
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience with a General Contractor
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
- Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Effective participation in a team environment.
- May supervise Assistant MEP Estimators, and Estimating Assistants.
- Ability to hit the ground running on large $50 Million + projects.
