Our client is looking for an civil estimator to Join their growing team in their Miami-Ft Lauderdale office.

As the Civil Estimator you will provide accurate & timely take offs for various construction projects at different stages of Preconstruction. You will support the larger preconstruction team gaining experience across various different scopes & aspects of each project. You will report to & receive direction from the Senior Estimator working across a diverse portfolio of projects in both private & public sector.

The ideal candidate will have previous civil estimating experience on projects ranging from $1MM - $15MM.

• Gain experience for all stages of Preconstruction across a diverse portfolio of projects.
• Gain experience working with the client/owner alongside senior Precon leadership

• 1+ Years of Civil Estimator experience.
• Bachelors Degree in CE OR CM or related field.
• Prior in field operations experience
• Local knowledge of subcontractors & vendors a bonus
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
