Our Client are in need of more Preconstruction professionals in their team! They perform work from new ground-up construction across a diverse & complex portfolio of projects from High-End Multifamily & Commercial to Healthcare.

As a Multifamily Estimator you will be working on your own estimates while also mentoring other members of the preconstruction team. This role will initially be heavily focused on Multifamily, on projects up to $100m.

• Degree in related field e.g. construction management or engineering.
• 5+ Years of Multifamily experience within Commercial Ground up
• Experience using up to date Precon/Estimating Technologies is a plus.
• Excellent Communication skills, comfortable presenting on bid day.
