Our client is looking to add an experienced Preconstruction Manager with a strong background in Design Build. This role will be responsible for aspects of development & coordination of Pre-Bid Design Elements. You will coordinate directly with Estimating, Design, Marketing & Operations teams through all stages of the Preconstruction lifecycle. This role will oversee a diverse portfolio of projects including Federal, Commercial, Education & More.

• Up to $145k Base, Vehicle Allowance, Bonus
• Work with one of DMV largest local contractors with revenues in excess of $600MM
• Perform as lead point of contact for all teams from Precon, Operations, Design & Marketing
• Lead a diverse portfolio in excess of $80M Per project

• At least 5+ years of Design Build experience
• Experience leading projects across all stages of Preconstruction up to $50M
• Bachelors degree in CM OR CE or related field
• Excellent communication, interpersonal & team building skills
