We are working with one of the nation's top contractors on a Senior Level Preconstruction role. This individual will work across some of Ohio's best commercial projects across Education, Healthcare, Sports Facilities, Offices, Government Work & more. Due to continued growth in the Cleveland market, this firm is hoping to add a new member to their preconstruction team, that can take the lead on these large projects and mentor other team members.

• Ability to review/understand all project plans, requirements, and specifications.
• Coordinate and supervise a team of other estimators on the projects above.
• Communicate directly with clients, to ensure their satisfaction with projects.
• Conceptual Estimating may be required.
• 6+ years of experience working on similar projects to the above.
