The Preconstruction Manager reports to the Regional Vice President and will lead and manage a team of estimators. The Preconstruction Manager will be able to provide conceptual estimates and manage the process from the conceptual estimate/budget to the turnover to the operations team.On offer in your new role:

Requirements:

• High School Graduate, holder of G.E.D. or equivalent
• 10+ years’ experience in the construction industry
• Strong Business Development Skills – building new relationships
• Excellent written, verbal and numeracy skills
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite programs is required
• Experience in using Accubid
• Experience in Leading, managing, coaching and directing the team to achieve their goals
