These projects include Commercial, Healthcare, Data Centre, Education, and many more. They are currently looking to expand their team and are seeking a Preconstruction Manager to join their team in Dallas, TX.

Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience within the Preconstruction industry.
- Conceptual estimating skills
- Design Management and Client facing skills essential
- Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
