The Preconstruction Manager prepares detailed estimates (conceptual, schematic, design development, construction and analyzes cost models during the Design Development and/or bidding period.Responsibilities

  • Participate in all preconstruction activities
  • Perform all estimating functions
  • Keep current with industry technology

Skills And Qualifications

  • 5 to 10 years of construction experience.
  • Bluebeam software for the creation and modification of PDF documents.
  • Must be proficient in Sage/Timberline software or similar.

Education

  • BA/BS degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management preferred
  • On-site experience in building construction
