Our client is, highly reputable General Contractor based in Raleigh, NC with offices all over North Carolina. Due to their on going success, are looking to expand their Preconstruction team and bring on a new Preconstruction Manager. They mainly focus on Multifamily, K12 Mixed use & Commercial projects ranging anything from $1MM-$55M+.

• Work with a highly reputable General Contractor.
• Projects include, Multifamily, Commercial, K12 & LEED with value between $10MM-$55MM+
• Manage a team of four enthusiastic estimators
• Meet with the Senior leadership team on a weekly basis

• 7+ years relevant experience in the industry is essential
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or mechanical engineering is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of at least 3 or more members of the department.
• A passion for Preconstruction Technology
• Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
