Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Estimator or Preconstruction Manager to take up a leading role within their Tampa, FL office.The firm has a long history in the Florida construction industry with over 100 years of experience. Performing successfully across a wide variety of markets sectors including Commercial, Higher Education, Light Industrial & Manufacturing, Healthcare & more you will be kept busy with new & challenging projects.As the Preconstruction Manager you will be expected to perform a variety of duties including..

• Oversee multiple projects at any given time across various stages of construction
• Perform estimates from the earliest stages of construction, conceptual level estimates
• Build new & maintain relationships with vendors & subcontractors across the region
• Provide mentorship & training to junior level preconstruction staff
• Take the lead on a variety of preconstruction projects from conceptual to Closing Documents up to $75MM Across all divisions
• High level communication & presentation skills, experience working directly with the client & various design teams is a must.
