Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering preferred
• 5-8 years experience as a Civil, Structures or Utilities Estimator on large heavy/highway construction projects (Bridges, Underground and Earthwork)
• Terra Model, Blue-beam, Auto Cad, Micro-station, Hard Dollar, HCSS, and P6
