Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Senior Conceptual Estimator to join our client's team. In this role, you will play a key role in the early stages of project development, providing accurate and timely cost estimates based on conceptual designs and "napkin sketches." Working closely with project teams and stakeholders, you will utilize your expertise to assess project feasibility, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support decision-making processes.

• • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in conceptual estimating for commercial vertical construction projects.
  • Strong proficiency in construction estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret conceptual designs and "napkin sketches" to develop accurate cost estimates.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and communicate cost-related information to clients and project teams.
