As Senior Estimator you will work closely with the Director and Senior Project Manager to Bid on Charlotte's most iconic buildings. Your new company provide preconstruction services on projects ranging from $8m up to $70m across Mixed-Use, Manufacturing, Commercial, Retail and Healthcare.On offer in your new role:

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree—Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Construction Mgmt
• 6-9 years experience in the Construction Industry
• 5 years prior experience as an estimator in Commercial, industrial, manufacturing and/or healthcare fields
• Experience with design-build, conceptual and plans/specs estimating, along with detailed knowledge of pricing and costs
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite programs is required.
• Strong computer skills – experience in using Procore, OST software and Microsoft Excel preferred
• Evident success in creating and maintaining positive relationships with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
• Subcontractor base in North Carolina
