Our client seeks an experienced Senior Estimator to join a growing team in their Houston office. This is a key role for an established General Contractor specializing in Healthcare, Educational (K-12 & higher ed), Industrial/Warehouse + more.
As a Senior Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of their projects by preparing accurate and comprehensive estimates, maintaining strong relationships with Trade Partners, and collaborating closely with the Preconstruction and Project Management teams. Your expertise will be critical in securing bids, managing project budgets, and supporting their continued growth in the region.

Requirements
A minimum of 10 years of construction estimating experience on commercial projects ranging from $500,000 to $100 million.
Proficiency in industry tools and software, including BlueBeam, BuildingConnected, and Microsoft Excel.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide teams and foster collaboration.
