Requirements
- A degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in estimating.
- Local healthcare or corporate project experience (desired)
- Strong technical understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and cost analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
