Due to their ongoing success, they are seeking a Senior Estimator to join their Preconstruction team in Arlington, VA.

• Grow and develop within a strong Preconstruction team
• Diversify your skillset across various commercial projects, including - Education, HealthCare, Multifamily, Government & more.

• Bachelor’s Degree- Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in the industry
• Local DC/VA knowledge is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with strong math/accounting skills
• Ability to meet critical deadlines
• Familiar with Estimating software
