Requirements:

• 5+ Years of Estimating/Preconstruction experience on Ground up projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is a plus but not essential. (Experience is more important)
• Positive personality who enjoys
• Schematic/Conceptual Estimate Experience
