Our client is expanding their preconstruction department across the state & they are in the market for an experienced Senior Estimator. As a Senior Estimator, you will...

• Lead commercial Preconstruction projects ranging from $10MM-$75MM
• Mentor & develop junior Preconstruction members
• Become an Employee Owner as part of the ESOP Program
• Work closely with the client/owner at the earliest stages of Preconstruction to ensure their vision is met.

• Experience leading commercial preconstruction projects from $10MM-$50MM
• 5+ years of Preconstruction experience
• Construction Management or related degree
• Excellent communication & teamwork skills.
