As a Senior Estimator, you will play a vital role in our large Aviation project. Your expertise in pricing options, design studies, value engineering, and cost management will be crucial to ensuring the success of this large-scale undertaking. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with project teams to analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to develop comprehensive and accurate cost estimates.
• Lead the pricing of various design options and conduct thorough design studies to ensure optimal cost-effectiveness and value.
• Participate actively in value engineering initiatives, seeking innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and cost savings.
• Implement effective cost management strategies, tracking expenses, and monitoring budgets to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Utilize your expertise to contribute to the development and refinement of estimating processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Engage in regular communication with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, vendors, and project managers, to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and expectations.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior estimators and preconstruction team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

• A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in estimating commercial projects, Candidates with exposure to airport projects a plus.
• Proficiency in cost estimation, pricing options, value engineering, and design studies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in estimating and cost management.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
