They have been around for a long time and are continuing to see success in Nashville as time passes. They focus on Commercial Ground up projects and would like to add a new Senior Estimator to their already strong preconstruction department.

• Work with one of Nashville's best established contractors
• Diverse Project Portfolio of Commercial Ground up projects
• Strong Precon department with a supportive team.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Preferred.
• 4+ Years of experience as an Estimator
• Local Subcontractor relationships are a huge plus
• Experience across a variety of commercial projects/delivery techniques.
• Good Communication skills are essential
