• As a Senior Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in the preconstruction team, utilizing your expertise to provide accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for a diverse portfolio of projects (as listed above).
• Collaborate closely with Clients, Project Managers, Architects, Subcontractors, and Suppliers.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and contract documents to ensure meticulous determination of project costs, encompassing materials, labor, and equipment.
• Prepare comprehensive take-offs, conduct thorough quantity surveys, and solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids to ensure competitive pricing and the highest quality for the projects.
