• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience as an Estimator in the commercial construction industry, demonstrating a track record of successful project estimating.
• Experience taking a project from start to finish.
• Exceptional skills in blueprint reading and detailed analysis of architectural and engineering plans, ensuring the precision of cost estimates.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Proficiency in conveying complex estimates with clarity and professionalism.
• Strong leadership qualities, fostering effective collaboration within project teams, including project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to achieve project objectives.
