• Lead projects ranging from $10M to $50M.

• Lead & mentor other members of staff.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5-8 years of estimating / preconstruction experience.
• Proficiency with various estimating software’s.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
