• Degree in Construction Management or related field
• 8+ years experience in commercial estimating
• Experience with mid and high rise projects desirable
• Proficiency across Timberline, Excel, OST, MC2 etc
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Go getter attitude

Responsibilities:

• Manage all estimating aspects of large, complex projects
• Lead the estimating team and manage junior estimators
• Liaise with all stakeholders, vendors, subcontractors etc
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, designers, subcontractors
• Prepare value engineering and risk analysis
• Prepare qualifications and assumptions for the estimate
