Niche SSP are seeking a Senior Estimator for a mid sized GC in Atlanta, GA.Our client provides comprehensive design/build and general contracting services to corporate, institutional and developer clients.As Senior Estimator you will have leadership on all Mechanical Design & Build projects ranging from $10m up to $75m+.Required:

  • 10+ years’ experience.
  • Strong MEP background, particularly in HVAC, Mechanical and Piping.
  • Experience in Manufacturing/ Process/ Pharmaceutical Industries.
  • Strong computer skills, proficient with OnScreen Takeoff software and Microsoft Excel
  • Bachelor’s Degree—Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Construction Management
  • Salary $130K - $160K plus benefits
