• Prepare estimates for potential projects, using design-build and conceptual Estimating
• Chance to mentor Junior members of the Precon team
• Lead projects ranging from $70MM - $100MM

• 8+ years experience in estimating commercial construction projects
• Bachelor's degree in construction management-related field, or equivalent education and experience
• Experience in Large Commercial, substantial conceptual estimating is essential
• Ability to successfully self-manage work assigned with very little direction
• Possess analytical skills
