• Take ownership of an already strong & established preconstruction department.

• Lead a wide variety of complex preconstruction projects ranging from $20MM-$130MM+

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or in a related field.
• Seven years’ of related work experience, with three of those years in estimating required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with leading a team.
• Previous experience working for a GC on healthcare and/or commercial projects is a must.
