• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field, required
• 7 years experience in the industry, with 3 of those years being in estimating.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Possess a drive for success, with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work and lead a team effectively
• Proficient in OST, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and other estimating software
