Your new company are a local power house who have been building the Carolina's since the 1960's. As Senior Preconstruction Manager you will develop, leverage and build relationships across South Carolina.In your new role you will be asked to:

• Lead preconstruction services on projects exceeding $150M
• Work with new and existing clients, design teams, architects, subcontractors
• Meet and present to Owners
• Put together Bid packages
• Review and recommend designs
• Control project costs

On Offer in this role:

• Base Salary from $130,000 up to $150,000

Requirements:

• 10-15 years Estimating / Preconstruction experience in the South East
• Local Subcontractor relationships a plus
• Strong Leadership / Business Development skills
• Technology: Estimating or Construction related software program experience a must
• Track record of building a Preconstruction team.
