As senior estimator you would be expected to perform all aspects of the preconstruction phase of a project. From initial conceptual estimate, providing value engineer services ensuring cost are kept within budget & saving applied where possible. You will perform as lead point of contact with clients & on Bid day while also mentoring junior level staff members.

- Bachelors degree within construction management or engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of estimating experience leading commercial preconstruction projects
- High level communication, negotiation & mentoring experience
- Software Experience: OST, Timberline Sage, Procore, MS Suite
