As the APM, you will assist the lead Preconstruction Manager or wider preconstruction department with Bid & proposal preparation, subcontractor & vendor solicitation & performing quantity take offs for various scopes/trades on a diverse project portfolio.

• Work on a large scale & diverse project portfolio
• Develop your Preconstruction & Estimating skills with the aim of leading your own projects

• B.S Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related degree.
• 2+ Years of commercial estimating experience.
