Our client is one of the largest General Contractors in the US with an exceptional reputation. They're famous for their work in Education, Healthcare, Multifamily, Retail and many more. Due to their on going success, they're now looking for an Assistant Preconstruction Manager to join their Washington DC office.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years experience with a general contractor
- Positive attitude and able to adapt quickly
- Resilient – able to adapt well in the face of multiple and sometimes shifting priorities and deadlines
- Analytical – is a capable problem solver, optimizer, and critical thinker
- Excellent communication skills.
