Our client, a nationally recognized design-build firm is seeking a BIM / VDC Specialist to join their team in Lexington, KY. • Develop, manipulate, and maintain 3D models for projects for use during preconstruction, marketing, and construction
• Produce an architectural drawing of projects
• Review and evaluate these models with preconstruction and operations team to deliver executables
• Participate in virtual collaboration meetings with all project stakeholders
• Understand the different needs of the delivery team i.e. architects, engineers, estimators, field staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related discipline
• 2-5 years of BIM / VDC Experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Competency in Revit, Navisworks, Solidworks, AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Lumion, Investor
• Experience in 3D printing, laser scanning, and cutting
